Thank you etrailer for the quality products I received early last year. We needed a trailer hitch to install on our Subaru Forester for our move from Gig Harbor, WA to Spokane. We received the hitch hardware including the tow bar and electrical harness. The entire process took 4 hours. The installation process went off without a hitch (bun intended) using detailed videos I found online.

Good price and works as it should.
I put it on in about 15 minutes by myself. Had to take spare off to tighten 2 bolts. Fit like a glove. This is the 2nd hitch I’ve gotten from etrailer and both have been so easy to put on. I can’t wait to tow my kayak trailer to the lake.
I must say I like having my etrailer equipment installation was easy. But I really wish I had installed the factory hitch. Only because the provisions for mounting the wire harness is much much better. etrailer IS GREAT WITH ALL THAT THEY DO
High quality fabrication,but the fitment on the hitch was a little loose. I expect this to make some noise when stopping and starting with your trailer. I'm a rookie but this appears obvious to me. Not sure if other products will fit better to avoid that.
Cant really say much about the product. Its a ball mount. It looks good. Seemed like a good price. Made in China. No cotter pin holes on the ball shanks, so I guess they expect the big lock washer to keep it in place.
The etrailer service was excellent. Shipped out next day and I received it a couple of days later.

Didn't receive the storage case for hit ch
I bought it a years ago and it has been a great hitch ball set. Easy on and off - I use a locking pin instead of the provided one, just for security - but I've had no issues. No rust, no deep scratches. I love the provided bag too. I keep all my towing gear in it, and toss it in the cargo well. Great product!
it was great to know when the package of items was supposed arrive, and better yet that everything did show up on time. The frame hitch came with good instructions and I was able to install it alone without any surprises, everything fit well together. The same was true with the wiring harness for the trailer lights as well. I will look to etrailer.com for my future needs.
My etrailer e989891 ball mount kit is exactly what I need for multiple towing jobs. It fits well with my etrailer e98871 hitch receiver on 2015 Ford F150. Quality is excellent and I appreciate the quick shipping.
Exactly what you would expect of a Hitch and Ball mount. I have really appreciated that I have not had to think about this product at all when towing. I know that I can trust this product and the build quality, which makes for a much better trip.

It is a hitch ball and bracket, good quality for price. I like that it has a bag to keep it all together, but it’s not high quality so we’ll see how it lasts.
Love the carry bag as we tow with my wife's car and she did not want a greasy ball hanging around the cargo area of her trunk.
The finish on all the parts was top notch. I took a course in welding and I'm a pretty good judge of quality welding and these accessories were very good. The storage pouch makes keeping up with everything a lot easier.
Great price for what it is. Very easy to install on your back in the driveway with two sets of hands. The installation video was very helpful as well.

Some ball mounts are looser than others. You can try an anti-rattle device like item # 63232 to keep the ball mount from being too noisy.
