Question:

My bike lock keys and wrench were stolen out of my vehicle. The hitch is securely on my vehicle and locked. Is there a way that I can get a replacement key or at least get the lock off with a master key and then get a re-keyed lock and possibly a wrench? It's a Thule rack and there is an N105 on the lock core.

The correct key you need to unlock the rack is the Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers part # THKEYN105. In order to rekey the hitch lock you'll need a few things; a control key to remove the old lock core once unlocked part # 853-1251, the new lock core part # THLOCKN012, and matching key part # THKEYN012.

If you need a new wrench, the Hitch Wrench for Thule T1, T2, or T2 Classic Hitch Mounted Bike Rack part # TH75MY is an option for select models.
