Hi, everybody. Andy, here with etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at this Superwinch Snatch Block. Now, this is an incredibly useful and efficient tool which can multiply the pulling power when used properly. Now it's going to allow your winch to pull a greater resistance load with less force. You can safely change direction, allowing you to move around corners during recovery. This also gonna reduce the wear and tear on your winch components.
It's gonna be a must have when going off highway for your peace of mind. Now, as you can see, it has these nice, easy, open side plates, that is going to allow for simple rope mount of your winch. And then when you bring these side plates together, you can attach a D-ring, a shackle, or a clevis, right here, and then connected to your anchor point. The other nice thing about this Snatch Block is it does have a grease zerk here. That's going to allow you to use a grease gun and pump grease into there to lubricate that pulley wheel.
Let me give you some overall measurements. The overall length is gonna be sitting right at nine inches long, overall, and then the thickness at the widest point, we're gonna be sitting right at almost five inches, about four and seven eighths, four and seven eighths inches. And then the thickness will be sitting right at about an inch and five eighths. And then the diameter of this hole, I'll try to measure the inside here as best as I can. We're gonna be sitting right at about two and one eighth inches.
Now the safe working load limit of the Snatch Block is 4,000 pounds and the maximum load is 12,000 pounds. And this does have a one year limited warranty.
