Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the Replacement Dometic Spring Cartridge. This is going to work with your SeaLand toilets as well. This is a cartridge, so this goes into your pedal. The spring is going to help that pedal return back to the upright position, so a lot of times this can fail after a while and it's just going to be a relatively easy part to replace. It does come with the new bolts to get that in place there for you.
Now you want to take note of what cap you already had. A lot of these will have either the black cap or a white cap. They are slightly different. Right here at this little flange, it's going to be a little bit bigger or smaller depending on your setup, so you want to make sure that you get the right one for your toilet in particular, and that way it'll make sure that it's going to work right and it's going to work for the rest of the lifetime of your toilet.So easy way to replace that and make sure that everything's working properly. Get a little bit more life out of your toilet rather than having to replace that whole commode.
Now I will say if you're going to replace this part, you want to make sure that everything else is in working order. If you're having another problems, it might be time to just upgrade to a new system. In that case, we do have complete new toilet setups from Dometic, so if you're interested in finding one of those, you can search etrailer.com for those. You can find a lot of options to fit your needs.But if everything else is working just fine, still have a lot of life left in that toilet for your boat or your RV, this will be that replacement part you need to get that spring back up to make sure everything's nice and sealed in the ball joint or the ball opening for that toilet, so it keeps everything working properly. Again, when it comes to the two screws, this is made in the USA and it's going to work with a Dometic 110 or 210 series RV toilets.

While product was not in stock, it came well before the estimated delivery date. Definitely will use etrailer.com again!!!!!
I wasn't sure about how it will function so I waited 2 weeks to evaluate the product.
I can tell it's way better than the old spring cartridge.
I would recommend this product!
