Love the look of the steps. Don’t mind the price. Only issue is the plugs that go in bend very easily. Was replacing with same brand so everything lined up the same. They still bent in couple places and no way to fix that so there is a rise in the steps. Received missing some plugs but customer service was quick to respond with what was missing. Give them 5 stars.

Clips and post were too big for holes. Bent post trying to tap them in so now it does not work

For the best installation you would want to put the included barrel nuts in the step bar and then when you press the step pad in place the barrel nut grabs both the step pad and the step bar and holds everything together. If there are barrel nuts currently installed in the step bar you will need to remove them.

Thanks for the quick response and delivery. It’s my wife’s truck so her safety was at risk and we got it fixed quickly, it was easy to install and pretty straight forward with no tricks needed. The only thing missing was the metal clips to lock the plastic inserts to the bumper. Luckily the existing ones were still in good shape.

Would of given 5 stars, however had to wait a week before installation of the step pad. Placed the order, and only one clip of the four arrived with the order. Spoke with customer service who asked if the box was damaged, which is was not and bag was still sealed. Just received the other 3 clips today, installation of the step pad was easy and a perfect fit.

The holes didnt line up perfectly to the barrel clips on the 3 others i ordered, so the pads dont lay flat couple bent a little bit where others lined up perfectly but have held on. The nerf bar is the exact match for the pads by model number so expected the alignment to be perfect. Otherwise Im very pleased with it.

Like the product but it would be extremely helpful to include the size the hole needed to install the clips. I ruined the clips thinking they would fit the holes already there. I had to order more clips so I am unable to install the new step pad until they come. What size hole is needed to install the clips for the step that was ordered?

I do not recommend. it took over 2 1/2 months to received the replacement pads. After waiting that amount of time they did not fit properly. The running boards had to be drilled out to a larger size as the plastic tabs on the pads were too large for the holes. i just ended up leaving the running boards off my truck.

it arrived on time and everything looked great but while tapping the plastic back into the holes two of them broke off one a lot worse then the other, one of them bent only at one side but the other pad while trying to position almost all cracked

Product is good quality but hole pattern was wrong. Only 2 of the 4 mounting areas lined up to existing running board. Had to drill new holes in order to make fit. Otherwise, am satisfied and would order from etrailer again.
