Hey, Leslie!
There are a lot of options when it comes to bike racks, so I completely understand how you’re feeling. Since you have a step-through bike, it would be best to get a wheel-mounted rack. That means the arm of the rack holds onto the wheel instead of the frame.
I see you were looking at the RockyMounts HighNoon, part #RKY87RR. This rack would be a great choice, but to know for sure if it’s the right one, I’d like to get a little more information from you first.
It would be helpful to know how much clearance you need for your spare tire. You’ll want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the spare. Using the RockyMounts HighNoon as an example, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when folded down is 16-3/4". That means to use this rack, you’d need at least 16" of space from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outer edge of your spare tire.
This particular rack does not have a swing-away feature built in. However, you can add one with the Swagman Swing-Away Adapter, part #Y02483. This adapter gives you an extra 8-1/2" of clearance and raises the rack about 3" higher.
If you can let me know how much clearance you have, I can look through our single bike rack options and find the best fit for you, your bike, and your vehicle. Also, could you share your year, make, and model?
The last thing you asked was if we had any dealers. We do have a dealer locator built into our website (https://www.etrailer.com/installer/near-me/). You will get a little pop up asking what kind of install you are looking for but you can just click on the X that's above the words "Select an Install Category". They may not physically have the racks available for you to look at.
Look forward to hearing back from you, Leslie!

Hey Leslie, did you get a chance to measure the clearance around your spare tire for the RockyMounts HighNoon rack? Once you have that number, it’ll be easier to confirm if the rack and swing-away adapter will fit your van setup. Let me know what you find—I can help narrow it down from there.
