Hey Carmen, for the Kenda tire part # KE28KV the warranty is:

Kenda's warranty states that the 1-year warranty is for the tire only as opposed to the wheel, and the warranty is through Kenda tires. For the first twelve months from the date of sale, Kenda will replace your Kenda/Loadstar tire for any reason as part of our Worry-Free Warranty. Afterwards for a period of 5 years they state that if the tire fails due to "defective materials or workmanship" it will be replaced. So long as the tire was not improperly inflated (this tire should be inflated to 75 psi) or the blowout was caused by something like running into a curb while traveling too fast and the tire has a minimum of 2/32nd inch of tire tread depth remaining. You will have to go to a KENDA/LOADSTAR Tire Distributor or participating dealer to deal with warranty issues.

Assuming your trailer wouldn't need the capacity of the higher Load Range and you could use the LR C or LR D I'd go with the #AM10235 over the #TR20514 as it has a longer warranty at 5 years when compared to 2 years.
