Hello, Ive bought a yakima 4 bike carrier but I dont know what piece goes into the hitch part. Would you be able to help me find the replacement parts?

Thanks for the photos, Muhammad!
What you have is the Yakima RidgeBack Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # Y02458, and it's the silver adapter piece that will go into your hitch receiver.
With that being said, it also looks like you're missing a few pieces; the SpeedKnob and Wedge Assembly # 8880508 along with the 2" Shank Adapter # 8880612 which includes a few of the silver parts that you're missing.
I'm attaching a video where Evangeline shows how to use the bike rack so you can get a good idea of how everything is supposed to install and operate.
