Hi. I have a Graber Outback 4 bike hitch rack. Women’s bikes don’t fit great. Also straps broken. Do you have any replacement parts? I can use for this rack?

Hello Scott. We do offer a few compatible replacement parts for the Graber Outback 4 bike rack, although we do not carry the Graber brand.
We have a set of Thule frame cradles that we know fit a 1 inch diameter bike rack tube which is what the Graber Outback bike rack uses according to my research.
The Thule T3 cradle, # 853-5829, fits on Thule bike racks with 1 inch diameter arms and will work well for you.
The anti-sway cage needed is part # 753-3530 and the strap part # 852-3006-001.

Hey Scott, how did the Thule cradles and straps work out on your Graber Outback rack? It’d be great to know if they helped the women’s bikes fit better. Your update could make it easier for others with the same rack.
