2021 e pro flagstaff e-pro 208hb What is the most solar and what kind of connections for it?and can I add an extra battery in series for 24volts to the system or does it have to stay 12volts?

I would love to help but there's a lot to unpack here so perhaps taking a look through our help articles on solar energy first which I have attached for you below, will better serve you. That said, the Go Power Retreat Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller part # 34272635 is a good basic option to start out with. It comes with 1 x 100 watt panel but you can add two more for a total of three using the Go Power Retreat Expansion Kit part # 34272634. That said, these panels aren't going to power your air conditioner or anything like that. They are mainly going to be used for powering your small appliances while off grid. Also, they don't actual power the appliances directly but charge the batteries so they can. This kit uses what's known as MC4 connectors.
In regards to battery voltage, you'd need to keep the output at 12 volts so everything in your trailer can run correctly. If you're using multiple batteries, connect them in parallel.
