Question:
Hi, we lost the key to our Thule child bicycle seat. The front of the key lock does not show a #. Where do I go from here to get a replacement key? Many thanks

The Thule RideAlong Lite Child Bike Seat # TH100110 uses the Thule One-Key Lock System.
You can get the Replacement Lock Cylinder and Premium Key # 1500004217 and a Universal Change Key # TH42BJ to change out the cylinder on your seat. This will allow you to get a Replacement Key # TH1500000217 if you should lose that key.
I recommend the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 as this will come with 2 keys, the universal change key and 2 lock cylinders in the event the lock cylinder breaks or you have another Thule accessory that you want to key the same.
