We definitely have options available to hold your 2 6 volt batteries. The TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box - 6V and 12V Batteries - Diamond Plate Aluminum # TLA7708R will measure 26-7/8" long x 8-1/8" wide x 13" tall and will definitely accept your two batteries. This also has a locking lid to keep everything secure once installed.
