If you just need a basic 4 pin to 7 pin adapter I recommend the Curt Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole w/Test Lamps, part # C57674. You can hook your existing 4 way adapter up to this adapter and get a 7 pin connector while still maintaining 4 pin compatibility. It comes with a bracket to attach to the rear of your vehicle next to your hitch receiver. The test lamps are a bonus which you can use to trouble shoot your trailer setup.
If you will be using electric brakes or if you need to provide a 12V charge I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires. part # ETBC7. This kit will allow you to use electric brakes and use the 12V charge for a secondary battery in your trailer.
I have included product description links, video review links, and installation videos below.
