I have another option for you, but the closest standard axle we offer to your 86-1/2" hub face to hub face measurement is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # T3584F-EZ-8974 which measures 89" hub face to hub face and would add 2-1/2" total length. The spring center to spring center measurement is 74" but you can remove the current spring seats and weld the # TRSS238 in the correct place.
The option I recommend is going with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S05 which will bolt directly to the frame of your trailer so you will not need to worry about the length of the axle matching your current axle exactly, and it will replace your current leaf spring suspension with a progressive rate AEON spring that will offer a much smoother ride. This option has the 3500lb rating you mentioned, but keep in mind that using an axle with a higher rating will not increase the GVWR of your trailer as you are limited to the weakest component which would now be the trailer frame.
For hubs you can use the idler hub # 84545UC1-EZ or hub and drum assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K with brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
