Question:
I have a 2005 eagle boat trailer model E20-50TBWF dual axle. 10 inch 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. Do you think this will be ok or is there something else I should check.

In order to determine which hubs you're going to need as a replacement you will need to pull the hubs to see what bearings will fit on your spindle; the bolt pattern is only part of the equation, but still helpful to know. To accomplish this you can either check the numbers that are stamped on the backs of the existing bearings, or measure the spindles where the bearings sit using a digital calipers like the # PTW80157.
The Dexter 10" Hub-and-Rotor # K08-435-05 is designed for use with disc brakes and uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649; if you pull the hubs and your bearings match those, you can use this hub as a replacement. If you've got no brakes on your trailer, you'll want to use an idler hub like the # CE13515 which uses the same bearings. If you find that you've got something else in your hubs, just let me know what you find and I'm happy to help you find the appropriate replacement.
I've also linked a photo that shows where it shows were on your spindle to measure, as well as where to look on your bearings for the identification markings.
