Need to know the steps in removing old trailer jack that is bolt on style

The Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack part # FXP10W0301 is held on to the trailer with a center bolt. It is also the pivot bolt. Use a box end wrench or a short wall socket to remove the existing bolt. It has pretty coarse threads and generally they come off pretty easily. If it appears rusty you may want to use a little bit of penetrating oil to make taking it off slightly easier.
