The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 60 Amp # PD4575K18LS8 that you referenced is correct replacement for the WFCO 8965 converter you have in your RV. This is Lithium battery compatible as well and is 75 amp rated.

To convert the WFCO WF-8955PEC to be lithium compatible you'd need the part #PD4655V and you'd be set. This fits in the panel without any modifications.

The Replacement Converter #PD4655V is the correct converter for your Parallax 7355 power center. I do not see that WFCO shows their 8955PEC being acceptable to use with your Parallax 7355.
