How To Switch From Two Propane Tanks To a Single Propane Tank

Question:

I am trying to keep my tow and tongue weight low 2000# and 200#. I am working at balancing out my cargo so the tongue weight is below 200#. With no cargo or water but with two propane tanks and battery on the tongue my tongue weight is 260#. Not OK. Once I filled my water tank in the rear, it lowered the tongue weight to 210#. Once I load the rest of my cargo I know that I can get it down to 200#. That said, I dont need two propane tanks though. Getting rid of one would really help make it easier to keep my tongue weight below 200. I wont always have my water tanks full. Yes I can move cargo around, but life would be better with one less tank. So my question: Can I just remove one tank? Or do I need to buy new stuff? Photo attached of my set up.

In order to switch from two propane tanks to one propane tank you would simply need to change out the regulator with the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator part # 108220 and then you'd be set.
