For your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate I recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13195 that offers the highest capacity for your vehicle and is assembled right here in the USA. Your Santa Fe Ultimate and the XL model do actually require different trailer hitch models because of how the rear frame/bumper differs between the two.
I have attached an image a generous customer sent in of this very hitch on his 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate that you can check out to see exactly what it will look like on your vehicle. He reported that the hitch fit perfectly and no trimming of the bumper fascia was needed.
