I do have an option for you but the heaviest bike you can carry on the back of a trailer is 75 lbs due to the availability of hitch bike racks that can be used on a trailer. If you can get your e-bike down to 75 lbs then you can use the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric Fat Pro Bike Rack part # LGA77FR. However, I strongly recommend that you reach out to the trailer manufacturer to see how much you can carry on the bumper with a bumper mounted trailer hitch like the Curt RV Bumper Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100. If it cannot withstand the weight of your two bikes and the bike rack (60 lbs) then you will need to use a frame mounted trailer hitch like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # C13702.
If you cannot get your e-bike down to 75 lbs then you won't be able to place it on the trailer and the only real option you have is to place it in-between the vehicle and trailer with something like the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount part # D210 and the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 2 Bike Platform Rack part # HR1450Z. If this cannot be done due to either weight or clearance limitations then the only other option is to place it on the front of the vehicle with a front mount trailer hitch which I will need to know the year, make, and model of the tow vehicle in order to recommend.
