which is a better lasting wheel, power coated or galvanize?

Expert Reply:
Between the white powder coated wheel on the Kenda # AM3H430 and the galvanized wheel on the Kenda # AM3H440 you are better off going with the galvanized wheel.
Galvanized wheels offer the utmost in protection against rust, which is particularly important when it comes to boat trailers or any situation where the wheel is going to consistently be in contact with moisture. The process of galvanizing the wheel is going to ensure better durability over the course of time than a powder coated wheel.
The Kenda # AM3H440 has a load range of D with a maximum capacity of 1,320 lbs at 70 psi. It also has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern so you will need to sure your hub has the same pattern; if you are uncertain you can take a look at the link I attached to a help article which explains how to determine wheel bolt pattern. I have added a link to a video review of this wheel and tire for you to check out as well.
This same tire and wheel combo is also available in load range B at part # AM3H360, load range C at part # AM3H400 and load range E at part # AM3H490.
