For two 12V batteries connected in parallel on an RV, I recommend using the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D to give you the opportunity to charge your batteries while traveling. You can also add a solar panel to this charger without needing an additional controller.
If you are only looking to charge your batteries at the site, then you can use a solar kit that has a controller and then you don't need the DC to DC charger to charge your trailer batteries when you drive as well. I've linked the page to all these options and then you will simply connect the controller to the batteries in the same way as diagrammed.
