I took a look at the online owner's manual for your 2014 Ford F-250 and on page 215 is where the fuse and relay information starts.
From what I could find it looks like you need to check the relays in positions 29, 74, 75, 76, and 102 for your trailer wiring. This is for the compartment found under your hood.
There is also another compartment found on the passenger side behind a panel. This has fuses dedicated to the trailer lights as well. I am not sure if you check these already but I wanted to make you aware in case you didn't already check that.
I have also linked our fitguide for your 2014 F-250 so you can see all of the products we have for your pickup. If your fuses and relays look good let me know and I can help you with troubleshooting your lighting.
