Question:
I tried to use the manual crank and the jack crank handle won’t turn?

If the manual crank handle for the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack part # LC285318 will not extend or retract the leg then that points to signs of internal damage. The bevel gear could be stripped or the inner tube could be bent which would both prevent the leg for extending or retracting. Unfortunately, if this is the case then the jack will need replaced as they do not offer any replacement internal components for this jack.
It does however come with a one year warranty but if you are out of the warranty period and would like a different option, we have the Electric Jack w/ Footplate part # EJ-3520-BBX which is much more cost effective and has pretty much all of the same features. I have attached a review video for you as well.
