My truck has a helper spring, am I going to have to remove helper spring for the air bags to work?

Based on your information, it looks like the helper spring is preventing you from fully installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000, Item # AL57200. To complete your installation, you will need to remove your helper spring.
I have also attached an installation video for a 2014 Ford F-150 that might help.
