Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2016 Kia Sorento that Allows Use of Full Size Spare

Good morning, for a Kia Sorento 2016 which uses spare tire with the following measures 235 / 60R18, The 5 tire of the vehicle are the same size and style. it will be possible to use the trailer hitch Code: 75908. in the videos Ive noticed the spare tires that appear are small.

For your 2016 Kia Sorento the Draw Tite hitch part # 75908 that you referenced will allow you to store your 18 inch diameter spare tire with the hitch installed.
I checked the install notes and there are no restrictions for use with full sized spares.
