I recommend using the Bulldog Winch Universal Mounting Plate for Truck and Trailer Winches # BDW20291 for your Badland Winch, which has a 4-Bolt mounting pattern (center on center) of 10" x 4-1/2".

For hardware you will want to use the Bulldog Winch Hardware for Universal Mounting Plate for Truck Winches # BDW20297.
