Dexter Tang Washer # 5-59 has an inner diameter of 1-3/4 inches. We do have several washer styles with 1 inch diameters though:

I went out in the warehouse and measured the Redline Washer Spindle Tongue #165863. The overall diameter of the washer is 1-3/4 inches. The inner diameter is 1 inch.
