Can 2015 Ford Edge Tow 3500-Lb Trailer

I have a 2015 Ford Edge w/ a manual shifting option. Can I tow 3500 pounds without adding a transmission cooler?

The weight of a trailer you are able to tow with your 2015 Edge depends on a couple of things.
I have attached a chart from page 228 of the owner's manual that shows the maximum trailer weight you can tow based on the drivetrain and engine size.
Although I was not able to find a reference to a transmission cooler being required, it is always a good idea to have a cooler installed when towing. I have attached a link to our product page for the transmission coolers we have that are a fit for your Edge.
The cooler I recommend is part # D13503. this includes the transmission cooler and the complete mounting kit. I also attached a link to a helpful article about transmission coolers you can check out.
