The easiest way to determine if your 2015 Kia Sorento EX has the tow package would be to call your dealer's service department and have them run the VIN of your vehicle. They may even be able to send/email you a print out so you know exactly how your Sorento is equipped.
When it comes to a hitch for your vehicle I recommend going with the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # C13152. This hitch will fit all models of the 2015 Sorento and installs with no welding or drilling required.
If you were planning to do a bit of towing, the trailer wiring harness is going to be where tow package/no tow package will be important. If you find that you do have the tow package, you will use part # C56332 or if you don't, use part # C56256. I've linked you to the installation instructions and install videos for the hitch and the two wiring harnesses.
In addition to the hitch and wiring you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball to complete the set-up. Take a look at the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. This comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, I have also included a link to additional ball mount options for you.
