Question:
I see you offer different wiring options for the 2020 Kia Sorento based on whether or not it came with a factory tow package. Is there a way I can tell or somewhere I can look to see if I have it? I don't want to get the wrong harness. Thanks!

If your 2020 Kia Sorento has the factory tow package, there will be a tail light wiring connector behind the rear tire of the driver side, on the outside of the frame rail. As shown in the attached photos, an underbody cover will need to be removed to gain access to the factory tow ports. If you click on the installation video link provided for the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C56332, you can get a clear idea of how to remove the cover and locate the factory connectors.
If you are unable to locate these connectors in the location mentioned, this means that your 2020 Kia Sorento does not have a factory tow package and the correct trailer wiring harness to use is # C56256.
