Brake Controller Installation in 2010 Nissan Pathfinder LE V8 without Factory 7-Way Connector
Question:
Just bought a 2010 Pathfinder LE V8 equipped with a four pin plug and need to install a brake controller and a seven pin connector. Do these relays fit in the relay junction box, Ive gotten conflicting reports and the local Nissan dealer parts shop are absolutely no help.

The Curt Relay kit # C57000 that you referenced is intended for trucks like yours that did not come with a factory 7-way tow package. These install in the power distribution box under the hood as shown in the linked video.
Since your truck will not likely have the under-dash port for use with a Tekonsha quick-connect wiring adapter # 3050-P your controller installation will be hard-wired. You'll use our brake controller install kit # ETBC7 which includes wiring, connectors, circuit breakers and the 7-way, which will plug in to your existing 4-pole. Please see the linked article and video.
You can then use a controller like the popular and reliable Prodigy P2 # 90885.
