I have a trailer tire stc205/75 R14 for a spare witch rim do I buy? 14 inch5.5 wide 5 on 4.5 bolt cycle or the 14 inch 6.0 wide rim? Yours truly

When it comes to a 205/75R14 trailer tire like the Kenda, # AM10234, this size of tire will fit a 5", 5-1/2", 6", or 6-1/2" rim.
I spoke with our in-house tire expert and he said that when it comes to choosing a rim for a trailer tire, you will want to go with the smallest rim width available for your size of tire to keep the side walls as straight as possible. I have attached a link to the options that we have available for you.
Since you plan to use this just as a spare for your boat trailer, I recommend going with an economical rim like our Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel, # AM20365. This rim measures 5-1/2" wide and a capacity of 2,040 lbs at 65 psi.
