Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Yates Endcap for Boat Trailer Rollers. Endcaps easily install on the same brackets that your keel, spool, or bow rollers are mounted to, just attach each endcap to the shaft on the outside of the roller bracket, and then secure the endcap in place with a cap nut or a pal nut. Not only do the endcaps provide more surface area for better boat-to-trailer contact, but they also help to keep your boat from being scratched by sharp bracket edges. Now, this is made in the USA of a thermal-plasticized rubber, also known as TPR, it is non-marking, non-scratching material that is stronger and more durable than traditional rubber and softer and more pliant than polyurethane. It is designed for a half inch in diameter shaft, and let me pull out my ruler here and just give you some overall dimensions. The overall diameter, we're sitting right at 3 1/8 inches, and then looking at the width, we are sitting right at about an inch and an eighth wide.

Great price and service on these rollers. Used two of these rollers to solve a common Carolina Skiff problem with launching your boat. The typical hull stop catches on the lip of the boat while loading and unloading the boat. Very annoying!! By sandwiching two of these puppies together it is now smooth sailing for loading and unloading the boat off of the trailer since these are round and they roll! Problem solved! The bonus is they don't mark the boat up like the black rubber hull stop this replaced.

Great
These rollers go on the outside of the main roller and prevent the boat from coming into contact with the steel frame that holds the main roller. They fit good and were easy to install. Note - do not over tighten as you want the rollers to turn. This is a good product and good insurance if you don't want to mar the front of your boat.
I received the roller and end caps as prescribed. I like the way they installed and Im sure I'll be happy with them.
Yates Roller Endcaps were exactly as described. Non-marring material is just what I needed to ensure no marks on my bass boat's hull. Highly recommended
Rollers were of high quality and will prevent the bow from being marked when loading and trailering my boat.

Product is about a year old and still working fine.
Easy, and quick bolt on. Only had to change the washer on either end as the OD was a bit smaller.
Never had such fast service. Order placed late evening on labor day and received shipping confirmation early Am next morning!
Did not know that was even possible. Order was at my GA door on Thursday and everything was correct! I plan on using often in the future.
