Endcaps easily install on the same brackets that your keel, spool, or bow rollers are mounted to, you just attach each endcap to the shaft on the outside of the roller bracket, and then secure the endcap in place with a cap nut or a pal nut, and not only do the endcaps provide more surface area for better boat-to-trailer contact, but they also help to keep your boat from being scratched by sharp bracket edges.
