Replace the pal nuts for your 1/2" diameter roller shaft.I got ready to use my pontoon trailer and noticed a guide rubber end cap was missing and some of the cap nuts were missing. I ordered them on Sunday and received them three days later. The price was good and service was excellent.I’m a first time e-trailer user but will definitely use them again.
The boat rollers I received were exactly as described. Excellent quality. I would have graded the purchase experience at 5 stars if it hadn't been for a minor disagreement which WAS REMEDIED by the extremely friendly and professional contact person that I spoke with.

(Admittedly I was a little baffled when I received a note that my order was "in transit" to the warehouse and would ship in seven days). Sounded like the order was being sent by truck to the warehouse. Doubtful, if that's what was meant. Today, in transit is probably a nano second.
