The difference between the Class II and Class III hitches has to do with their Gross Trailer Weight (GTW), their Tongue Weight (TW), and their Hitch Receiver Size. Class II trailer hitch receivers have a 1-1/4 inch receiver and can be rated up to…
The etrailer and Curt hitches are manufactured by two separate companies. Either hitch is equivalent in quality, installation procedures, and capacity. Really the primary difference between them is cosmetic. The etrailer #e65AR hitch has a matte…
Class-III hitches with the 2 inch receiver opening are the only hitches our suppliers offer for the 2011 Nissan Murano. We offer the Curt #13577 and the etrrailer #e65AR. This are extremely similar hitches and neither have hidden crossbars. The main…
If you can get the vehicle up on a jack and jack stands it will make the installation a lot easier. Also, having an assistant will make getting the hitch into position a lot easier. Here at our facility we have vehicle lifts that make installation…
There are three hitches that are confirmed fits for your 2013 Nissan Murano, including the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit, #13577. This hitch will fit on your Murano even if it is a CrossCabriolet, whereas the other two hitches will not.…
The Malone 3 Tier Outfitter MegaSport Trailer for a Fleet of Boats - 1,000 lbs #MPG550-O has crossbars that are too far apart to accommodate a bike rack, so this will not be a great trailer for that. We do not have a trailer that can fit 4 bikes and…

You likely have 1/2 inch studs on the trailer hub. For 1/2 inch you will want to torque the lug nuts to 75 - 85 foot pounds. For 9/16 inch lug nuts torque them to 135 - 145 foot pounds. And for 5/8 inch lug nuts torque them to 175 - 225 foot pounds.
For 1/2 inch steel lug nuts on a 12 inch wheel the torque is 75 to 85 ft lbs. If you have 7/16 inch lug nuts the torque is 55 to 65 ft-lbs and for 9/16 inch lugs the torque is 95-115 ft lbs.
I attached a chart that has all of the recommended lug nut torque specs for trailer wheels. Based on your studs being 1/2 inch, your wheels being 15 inches in diameter, and your lug nuts being coned you would want to torque your lug nuts to 90-120 ft…

When comparing the Flex-a-lite Transmission Cooler #FLX400117 to the similar Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler #D13502, there are very few differences between them. Both have an aluminum construction, include all hardware needed, and are…
