Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at our trailer hitch receiver pin and clip. This is a durable 5/8 inch diameter carbon steel hitch pin that will secure your ball mount or hitch mounted accessory to your two inch or 2 1/2 inch hitch receiver. This does include the retaining clip here, so we can slide that in place to make sure that the pin is going to stay where we want it to be and it's not gonna wiggle its way out. Our usable length from where that clip is going to install to about where it's going to start bending up here is going to be 3 1/2 inches, which should accommodate all the two and 2 1/2 inch hitch receivers out there, but you do wanna make sure that your outer diameter of your hitch is going to allow for that clip to be put through there.
This does have a nice, black e-coat finish to it, both the pin and the clip. So, that's gonna help resist corrosion, help it to last a nice, long time.
