In order to determine if your 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback was built in Korea you will want to take a look at the vehicle's VIN. The VIN is usually placed on a metal tag at the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side. If the second letter is an "M" then your Elantra was built in Korea.
If your Elantra was built in Korea then you will need to use the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch part # C11400. If you can tell what you will be using the trailer hitch for I would be happy to make some additional recommendations for you.
