For a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receiver the hitch pin size needed is 1/2 inch diameter. Whether it is a Class I or Class II trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite # 36524 you mentioned, you will use the same size pin and clip like # F-4. If you would like a locking hitch pin for this size hitch receiver, my favorite is the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4" Hitches # e98879.
