Question:
Im looking at the DL22800, as my small boat/trailer needs to be hand-launched over an irregular surface. The large diameter wheels look to be helpful, however I cant tell what they are made out of? Since the irregular surface is comprised of small rocks and deep striations in the cement, I want to make sure its not a *hard* plastic and something softer.

All of the jacks we sell that have wheel casters like the part # DL22800 that you referenced will have a hard plastic like wheel except for the Trailer Valet part # STC-V211.
This has rubber wheels and a crank that allows you to roll the wheels of the jack and your trailer to easily maneuver it. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
