The part you referenced, # SSC-22, will fit your 2006 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 or 3500 but not a 1500. These are heavy-duty coil springs and will replace your OEM coil springs for better suspension support.

Since you will be pulling an RV camper, I would recommend the Timbren rear vehicle suspension # TDR2500CA. It will work with 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 2WD & 4WD. Because the Dodge Ram pickup handles better with the springs, less turbulence will be passed along to your RV trailer.
