Replace your factory bump stops and experience improved stability, reduced sag, and better control while towing or hauling. Durable rubber bump stops absorb road shock, minimize bounce, and protect your suspension for a smoother ride on any terrain.
Heavy trailers and loaded truck beds can cause your suspension to sag, throwing off your steering and braking. With a 2,000 lb capacity on the rear suspension, these bump stops keep your truck level, helping you maintain control and stability whether you're hauling tools for work or towing a travel trailer across the country.
Rough roads and sudden dips can make for a jarring ride, especially when towing or carrying heavy loads. These bump stops use a progressive spring rate, meaning they engage softly under light loads and firm up when carrying heavier weight. The result? Less bounce, more stability, and a smoother ride, whether you're rolling down the highway or tackling a gravel road to the campsite.
When your suspension bottoms out, it can stress your trucks frame and wear out components faster. These bump stops absorb the impact before it can cause damage to your trucks frame, shocks, or axle, helping to extend the life of your suspension components. The included powder-coated brackets resist rust and corrosion, ensuring long-term durability even in harsh weather and off-road conditions. Whether you're carrying a bed full of gear or pulling a fully loaded trailer, your truck stays protected so you can keep driving with confidence.
Timbren's bump stops are made from a high-quality natural rubber compound designed to withstand extreme conditions. Unlike standard bump stops, these won't degrade quickly under stress. They maintain their shape and performance, even under heavy loads or repeated compression, ensuring long-term reliability for your trucks suspension system.
A loaded truck bed or a heavy trailer shouldn't mean a sagging rear end or unstable handling. These bump stops reduce squat and sway, keeping your truck level for better braking response, more stable steering, and improved traction. Whether you're towing a camper, boat, or hauling gear in the bed, you get a safer, more controlled ride.
Forget about running air lines or checking pressure before every haul. These bump stops install with a straightforward bolt-on design, so once they're in place, they're always ready to work. Just install them and get back to towing, hauling, and hitting the road without any extra maintenance.

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the line of Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops. These are gonna have a variety of different vehicle fits and the ones we're looking at today are gonna be for the rear. They also make some fits for the front on certain vehicles so be sure to put your vehicle information into our Fit Guide and get the right set for you because they are gonna have special brackets to fit a variety of different vehicles and be designed specifically for those, but functionally, they're all gonna work in a very similar way. Let's check it out.
Whichever kit you end up going with, generally, this is going to be a very large upgrade to your factory bumpstops. They're typically going to be quite a bit bigger but they're also gonna be stronger. So as you are going off-road or you have a heavy load in the hitch and you need some extra support, this is either going to reduce the movement that your axle has and just help cushion any shock that you're experiencing going down the road, over some bumps or it's just going to provide some extra support so you're not getting such a harsh hit whenever you're going over bumps and don't feel so much shock going down the road. So these are designed with off-road use in mind so it doesn't have to be just towing or with carrying something really heavy in the hitch. Just going off-road and having some extra travel in your suspension going over bumps, these are gonna help provide support and not put so much stress on suspension.
These are gonna have a progressive spring rate and what that really means is the more it compresses the harder it's going to work to help return your vehicle back to its natural ride height. The compound rubber material here is going to be maintenance free, so once they're on you really don't have to worry about them. It's just going to give you some extra support and you don't have to think about airing them up like you would airbags, they're just going to be these. The install process is gonna differ depending on the vehicle you're putting them on. We just did them on this 4Runner and it was really easy.
Overall, they're designed to be a bolt-on installation and will feature brackets to fit your different vehicles and get you the right fit for your own. Now whether you're gonna be using these while towing or with a heavy load in the hitch or just some extra support when you're going off-road to help cushion that axle when it's going up and down and make a smoother ride quality overall, I think it's gonna be a really great addition to the vehicle. For me it's great that they don't have to worry about any maintenance with these. Once they're on, they're good to go and it's gonna give you a lot of upgraded help over your factory bumpstops. And that'll do it for our look at the line of Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops.
Thanks for watching.
