Although installing springs will reduce sag on your truck, I recommend taking a look at a weight distribution system. Using a weight distribution system will actually reduce the sag by taking weight off of the rear axle and distributes it to the front axle where as springs do not. When choosing weight distribution you will need to go by the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
