Yes, the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, # TFR250SDE, will fit your 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck. These springs provide additional support to help stabilize and level the Ford F-250 while providing a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability.
Although installing springs will reduce sag on your truck, I recommend taking a look at a weight distribution system. Using a weight distribution system will actually reduce the sag by taking weight off of the rear axle and distributes it to the front axle where as springs do not. I have attached an article for you that answers common weight distribution questions.
When choosing weight distribution you will need to go by the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. In this case it sounds like your tongue weight may fall around 1,200 pounds. If this is the case, take a look at our Strait-Line Weight Distribution System with Sway Control, # RP66130.
This system evenly distributes weight over the axles of tow vehicle and trailer for stability and control, creates a more level ride for both tow vehicle and trailer, and includes dual-cam sway control that works to stop sway before it starts. You will just need to add a shank, # RP54970, and a ball to this system using # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch.
Just a reminder, you will want to ensure that you aren't exceeding the weight limitations of any component in your towing setup. This would include the vehicle or RV, the hitch, and the weight distribution system.
