Tips for Removing Factory Front Bumpstops on a 2014 Ford F-350 4x4

Question:
The OEM front bump stop has no bolt or nut over the frame, it looks like mounted by a big metal screw from inside, no opening inside the bump stop, I kept turning it but not coming loose. Can you inform me the proper way to remove it. The rear bump stop is easy to remove, attached by a bolt.

On your 2014 Ford F-350 you can remove the existing factory jounce bumper assembly by grasping it firmly and with a twisting and pulling motion, work it until the jounce bumper pops out of the retaining cup. It can also be pried out of the retaining cup utilizing a large flat blade screwdriver.
