It sounds like you are looking for an adjustable pad for the Blue Ox Patriot brake system part # BLU37TR to improve the systems ability to apply the brakes in the towed vehicle.
While we don't have exactly that we do have the Seat Stiffener for Blue Ox Patriot Braking System # BRK2503. This will allow you to get better braking with your supplemental braking system by providing a larger surface area on your vehicle's seat for the system to push against.
