Question:

need to add a flap to my trailer ramp door. Is the SH300 a good hinge for this? Also, can the hinge be shortened, need 67 inches? can I order it with the custom length?

Steel hinge # SH300 should work well for a flap on your trailer. You can't get a custom length but if you need 67 inches then # SH300 would be the one to get. You can trim it to the length needed.

Between you and me, go with # H300. It is exactly the same only it is mild steel. The other one, # SH300, is stainless steel. That is why there is a big price difference.
