Question:

I was needing to know the thickness of the plate on both sides of the barrel. It looks to be about 1/8”, but was needing to know for sure before I order. I need it to be at least 3/16”

The side plates on the 3" Wide Continuous Hinge # MA65VR you found are 0.09" thick which is just under 3/32". We do have a 3" Wide # MA52VR which is 6' Long with a 1/2" pin that has 0.18" thick side plates which is slightly thicker than 3/16" thick.
