Troubleshooting Falcon 2 Tow Bar Arms that Don't Lock

I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster and they said a couple of different things could be going on. You could not be totally latching the arms into place, or you may not be doing the initial S-turn that is required to lock both arms into place. Basically you need to make a sharp left turn and then right turn before you tow to lock both arms into place.
Otherwise a repair kit like the part # RM910003-65 that you referenced would be needed.
