I purchased a replacement breakaway battery for my haulmark car trailer. Does this battery come charged and ready to use or do I need to charge it first?

The break-a-way battery does ship fully charged but after sitting on a warehouse shelf it may be a good idea to trickle charge for a few hours once received.
